District #9 Camp Applications

Please read and review the cover letter outlining the application instructions and deadlines for camp this year, August 31 - Sept. 3 , 2007. Simply click on the image to the left to enlarge it or print it out if you wish. We will need an application form (Traditional Lodging or RV'er) for each family and a signed Activity Waiver for each family member attending camp. If you plan to leave your room, you will need to sign a Trail Waiver. This is not just for the horse riders.

Traditional Camp Application

This is the standard application for families who will be staying in camp provided lodging. This includes the boys and girls villages, auditorium rooms, etc. If you are bringing an RV or planning to tent camp please use the RV'ers Application that follows. Complete this form and send it in with any special requests and we'll take care of the rest.

RV'ers Camp Application

If you are planning on bringing your RV to camp, Cousin Eddie, then here's your application. Complete this application if you are towing, driving or pitching your own tent on the Camp Au Sable property. You will be assigned a location based upon the type of camping you're doing and whether you express an interest in being next to friends or family.

Camp Au Sable Maps

The two attached maps are helpful in identifying your lodging spot as well as specific campsites. If you have specific requests with respect to your lodging, make your wishes known on your appropriate application form. We'll do our best to honor your request!!

Camp Rules - Please Read and Sign

Please review the two attached documents, sign the release and be sure to include it with your application or bring it to camp and present it at check in. This waiver is necessary for anyone participating in any Camp Au Sable activities of any type. It is required that each camper have their own form on file at check in. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
